This is a list, not a choice. nshira sets no advertising cookies, and nothing nshira sets follows you to other websites, so there is nothing here to accept or reject — which is why you are reading a page instead of a banner. One other company sets cookies of its own on the page where you use what it provides, and it is named below.
One of these is an analytics cookie. It is first-party and it does not follow you elsewhere, but it is an analytics cookie and it would be wrong to say otherwise.
Stripe sets its own cookies when you reach the checkout page, to spot card fraud. They are not set on any other page.
The sign-in cookie is sometimes split into two or three parts, because it is too big for one. It is still one thing.

Clearing them
Your browser can clear all of these, and nshira will keep working — you will be signed out, and it will forget your theme and your city.
